Since the day of its foundation, our firm has made all sorts
of investments in its infrastructure and technology. We have formed a n
effective sales organization with our technical sales staff, car pool, IT
(Information Technology) systems, variable and well maintained stock mix &level,
offer quotation and written documentation preparing system, order follow
up system, repair, calibration and technical documentation preparation and
printing system.
The products are available for demonstration in our Show Rooms both
in Izmir and Istanbul.
In case required by customers sample measurements are conducted or
special trainings are given by the equipment in these showrooms.
Our sales volume is a result of the quality of our service. In
today's Turkish market, where there is a stronger competition every other
day, this is the only way to keep a reliable customer portfolio and market

Our sales team, specialized in their subjects work as partners with
our customers in order to meet their requirements. We can provide them all
the technical information about measuring instruments they plan to buy.
Several trail measurements are done by our team in our show rooms
to teach the customer the details of measurement techniques/equipment in
question or more over the equipment may be installed in the customer's
company to do all these before a final decision is made by the customer.
Hence the best solution for customer's requirements is provided in this
way.
We can also repair or calibrate the measuring equipment either with our
technical staff or with the laboratories with whom we have special
agreements.

Our technical staff is always there to support the customer. We try
to provide an answer for all the questions and problems of the customer on
time .We offer the most suitable instrument for the customer after trials
conducted either in our showrooms or their premises and several
discussions with the users of the equipment with in the company.
Our customers in the vicinity of Izmir and Istanbul are visited
regularly and periodic trips are made to other regions by the sales team.
During these visits information on the new measuring technologies which is
gathered by our team in fairs and exhibitions all over Europe are
exchanged to update them. If there are new equipments and products added
to our product range, they are informed about these new items in detail .Most
of the technical catalogues are translated for them by our marketing team. |
